This is a comprehensive 9-month (32 sessions), Youth Leadership Development Program, built on 4 foundational pillars:
- Emotional Intelligence & Biases: Work with your emotional brain, not against it. Develop resilience.
- Communications: Communicate with conviction using clarity of thought and the pyramid principle.
- Entrepreneurship: Build self-confidence, boldness, and a spark for independence.
- Financial Literacy: Understand finance, banking, and the flow of money.

This program is ideal for youth aged 12–18 who are curious, eager to build life skills, and interested
in developing emotional resilience and leadership capabilities.
No extra materials are required; just a blank notebook for a student to write notes.
All content is delivered digitally through interactive online sessions and shared documents.
If a session is missed, we'll share any assignments or material covered and bring the student up to
speed.
Additionally, we will try to offer make-up sessions; but unable to guarantee.
Curriculum is developed through several years (decades) of experience across
C-Suite executives, Pediatricians, Psychologists, and Seasoned Educators.
This group has lived through peaks and troughs of their career and came
together to develop this program that is grounded in both research and practical
situations. The founder (last role Sr. Vice President reporting to CEO) is the lead
instructor and has conducted many leadership workshops bringing about transformations for
peak performance.
